Dr. Jessica Maassen joined the Hearing Health Clinic in June of 2014 as a board-certified audiologist. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders with a minor in Audiology at Western Washington University in 2010. She then attended graduate school at the University of Washington, receiving her Doctorate of Audiology in 2014. Additionally, Dr. Maassen was awarded the Carol Minor Clinical Achievement award. Dr. Maassen enjoys guest lecturing at Western Washington University, and served on the board of the Washington State Academy of Audiology. A native of Bellingham, Dr. Maassen is delighted to provide hearing healthcare in her home town. Dr. Maassen has a passion for finding the best solution for her patient’s while making meaningful connections. She enjoys working with the latest technology, and actively keeps up to date on current trends in audiology. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Maassen enjoys spending time with family, hiking, traveling, and boating in the San Juan Islands with her husband, Cole.
