Vanessa Snow, Au.D.

Doctor of Audiology

Dr. Vanessa Snow received her Bachelors Degree in Communicative Disorders/Deaf Education and her Doctorate of Audiology from Utah State University. She recently moved to Bellingham after working as an Audiologist in Twin Falls, ID.

Dr. Snow can help patients needing anything from diagnostic hearing evaluations, hearing aid and instrument fittings to Cochlear implants where she has extensive training on Cochlear implant testing and programming. She has a passion for finding the best solution for her patient’s while making meaningful connections. She enjoys working with the latest technology, and actively keeps up to date on current trends in audiology.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Snow enjoys spending time doing outdoor activities in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. She resides in Bellingham with her wife and two cats.

Kelsey Boze, Au.D.

Dr. Kelsey Boze earned her Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Hearing Sciences from the University of Washington and her Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) from Western Washington University. Originally from Spokane, she moved to the Seattle area as a teenager before returning to Western Washington to complete her graduate education. During her clinical training, she completed internship rotations at Swedish Medical Center, Harborview Medical Center, and Madigan Army Medical Center, followed by her fourth-year externship at Swedish Medical Center, where she gained experience across the Seattle, Ballard, and Issaquah clinics. She is excited to be back in Bellingham as a member of the team at Bellingham Ear, Nose & Throat.

Dr. Boze has a special interest in comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, hearing aid fittings and follow-up care, and vestibular assessment. Her passion for audiology began through years of studying American Sign Language (ASL) and Deaf culture during high school and college. She is committed to providing individualized, evidence-based care and enjoys helping patients improve their hearing and quality of life through the latest diagnostic techniques and hearing technology.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Boze enjoys staying active at the gym, participating in outdoor recreation, and spending time baking, playing video games, and crafting.

Madeline Henry, Au.D.

Doctor of Audiology

Dr. Madeline Henry was born and raised in Stanwood, Washington. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Western Washington University in 2018, where she was recognized with the department’s Outstanding Graduate Award. She went on to receive her Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2022.

Dr. Henry has a special interest in comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, hearing aid technology, cochlear implants, and tinnitus management. She is committed to providing personalized, evidence-based care and enjoys helping patients find hearing solutions that best fit their communication needs and lifestyle. In addition, she is a Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist through the Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Henry enjoys reading, crocheting, and spending time with her cat, Charlotte.

Audiology Assistant

Chanda brings more than 25 years of experience in the medical field. She began her career as a receptionist before transitioning into medical billing. In 2014, she joined Bellingham Ear, Nose & Throat as a Patient Care Coordinator and later advanced to Lead Patient Care Coordinator, where she developed extensive knowledge of audiology services and patient care. Her dedication, experience, and passion for helping others led to her new role as Audiology Assistant.

As an Audiology Assistant, Chanda is a valuable resource for both patients and providers. She assists with routine maintenance of hearing aids, troubleshooting minor technical issues, and answering many common hearing aid questions. She also supports patients during clinic visits when the audiologists are seeing other patients, helping ensure everyone receives timely, attentive care. Her years of experience and warm, patient-centered approach make her an important part of each patient’s hearing healthcare journey.

A lifelong resident of Whatcom County, Chanda is proud to serve the community she has always called home. Outside of work, she enjoys sewing and often sells her handmade creations at local craft fairs. She also loves reading, baking, and writing short inspirational stories, with the goal of one day completing a novel.

Patient Care Coordinator

Our Patient Care Coordinator is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered support at every stage of the hearing care journey. As the first point of contact, they assist patients with scheduling appointments, verifying insurance benefits, and answering general questions about hearing health and hearing aids. Their goal is to ensure every patient feels welcomed, informed, and supported from their first interaction with our clinic.
