Communication Solutions

One of our audiologists will sit down with you and discuss your hearing and communication needs, size and technology of hearing aids, and budget.  Together, we will find a hearing aid most appropriate for your lifestyle.

Hearing Aid Fittings
When you are fit with your hearing aids, one of our audiologists will show you how to change the batteries, insert and remove the hearing aids from your ears, proper maintenance, parts and functions of the hearing aids.  You will be given clear written instructions and an easy to follow user manual, should you have questions.

Hearing Aid Adjustment
Often, we must adjust your hearing aids as you get used to your hearing aids or if hearing changes.  If the hearing aids are uncomfortable, we can often perform minor modifications for a more comfortable fit.

60 Day Trial Period
Although Washington State requires that all hearing aids be dispensed with a 30 day trial period, our office finds this is often not enough time to try a hearing aid.  Therefore, we offer a 60 day trial period.

Battery Club Savings
We offer battery savings when you purchase a larger quantity of batteries at one time. We even offer the convenience of shipping batteries directly to your home.

Custom Earplugs
We can make custom earplugs for just about anything you could possibly think of… ear protection from loud noises, sleep earplugs, iPod, MP3 players, musicians, Bluetooth devices, etc. 

Assistive Listening Devices
We carry several types of listening devices and can order specific products to make watching TV, using the telephone, hearing the doorbell, hearing alarms, etc.  Ask us what you need and we can probably get it!

Accessory Items
We carry a variety of remote controls, accessories and supplies to use, clean, maintain and prolong the life your hearing aids.  Please ask us what type of products we have available for purchase and whether these products are appropriate for you.
